This Phesant is a resident of the Alma Cabin. He is wild, but for some reason loves to see what the humans are doing! This picture is from the kitchen window! He comes right to the window and looks in. When the kids chase after him - he runs away . . . but is never far!! Duwayne, who lives right next to the cabin, said that when he fires up the lawn mower, the bird comes running . . . . and follows behind the lawn mower. Duwayne actually has to stop after about 20 minutes to give the bird a rest . . . . . he said the poor birds mouth is haning open and it is just panting . . . . . . exhausted from following the mower!!!
Here is one of the many catfish that were caught . . . . . Jimmy is busy smoking them~~ Juli . . . we wish you were here to eat the catfish!!!
